Do I have to use a QR menu?

No — it's optional, not legally required. But most venues now offer one because guests reach for their phone first, and a live QR menu keeps your prices current. Lokhoom makes adding or switching one cheap and fast.

Do I need a POS or any hardware?

No. Lokhoom runs entirely on the phones your guests already carry and any browser you use to manage the menu. No terminals, no tablets, no setup fees.

How long does setup take?

Most venues are live in an afternoon. Send us your current menu and we'll have it ready to scan, with your branding, the same day.

Which languages are supported?

Turkish and English today, with German and Arabic on the way — ideal for tourist corridors. Menu text is translated, never baked into an image, so it stays editable.

Do you take a commission on orders?

Never. You pay one flat price a year and keep 100% of every sale — unlike commission-based platforms that take a cut of each order.

Can I add or remove features later?
